My tasting notes: Nose: Sweet and fragrant, orange blossom, jasmin, light smoke, honey, lemon, slight pine/eucalyptus, fresh strawberries, wine gums, tinned peaches, hints of creamy/dusty straw /grist. Palate: Malty, oaky, slight smoke, honey sweetness at fist. Some bitternes, fresh oak, toffee, barley sugar and slight grapefruit appear after a few moments. Tasty stuff! Finish: Warming, oak, slightly earthy, still some bitterness, black pepper, grapefrint pith. With water: The nose is cream...
